What you're going to need:
1 hanger
1 noodle / pipe insulation noodle
hot water.
Take your hanger, stretch it out.
Take your noodle, cover the hanger.
Grab warm or hot water
Pour warm/hot water down toilet.
slide your noodle down the toilet into your pipe to the black tank
twist hanger while sliding your noodle to unstick the toilet paper blocking the pipe.
Viola! You now have an unclogged toilet.
